This Gap-tastic Infinity Scarf works up really quick and is super cozy for those cold days and night freezing nights.
My mom loves knitting. She knits a lot. I mostly crochet, but I started seeing a ton of cute knitting projects so I asked her to teach me. I chose a fairly simple pattern. I say fairly, because it has both knit and purl stitches. So maybe not the simplest for my first knitting project, but that’s how I roll.

I used the Gap-tastic Cowl pattern that is free on Ravelry. I knit mine with a size 13 circular needle and 2 skeins of Wool Ease in Oatmeal. It honestly took me about a year and a half to knit. That was slow beginners knitting and putting it on the back burner for months at a time. But I suspect if you actually stuck with it it would take hardly any time at all. I love how thick and chunky it turned out. It will be so cozy this winter.
