Honey Sriracha Glazed Chicken
  • ½ cup Teriyaki Sauce (We love Soy Vay)
  • ¼ cup Sriracha
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 lb Chicken
  • 1 bag of Stir-fry vegetables
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  1. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok over medium heat. Put chicken into wok and cook thoroughly.
  2. While chicken is cooking make the sauce. Whisk together teriyaki sauce, sriracha, and honey.
  3. Pour sauce on cooked chicken and simmer until it thickens slightly and coats all the pieces of chicken. Move chicken and glaze from wok. (I put it all in the bowl I made the glaze in.)
  4. Cook stir-fry vegetables according to instructions.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds.
  6. Note: Taste the sauce before you glaze it over the chicken to see if the heat is right. If it's too spicy add more teriyaki sauce. If it's not hot enough give it another shot or two (or three) of sriracha.
