Rocky Road Candy Recipe
  • 1 12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 cups of dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 10.5 oz bag of miniature marshmallows
  1. Line a 9 x 13 pan with wax paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix peanuts and marshmallows.
  3. Heat chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a sauce pan over low heat until chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is throughly combined. Remove from heat and pour over peanuts and marshmallows.
  4. Stir to coat peanuts and marshmallows completely with chocolate.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and chill until firm, about 2 hours.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
  7. Store covered at room temperature.
