Do you have a toddler in your life?
Wondering what to put in their Easter basket?
Well you’re in luck! I’ve rounded up some of Thor’s favorite toys as well as some surprises for his basket this year.
Polka Dot Books Ocean , Old MacDonald, and 10 Little Monkeys
These books are fantastic. They are chunky board books with holes cut through the pages. Each hole contains a little plastic popper that can be popped as you count all the things on the page. It’s a fun way for toddlers to interact with the book. Thor loves to look at these books and pop all the pages.
Thor loves these books. His favorite is Llama Llama Nighty-Night. We read it at least twice a day. It rhymes, so I actually know the story by heart and recite it to him when I’m putting him to bed. This library set comes with four books including: Llama Llama Nighty-Night, Llama Llama Wakey-Wake, Llama Llama Zippity-Zoom, and Llama Llama Hippity-Hop.
We love these Melissa & Doug Bead Set. You can use it for lacing, counting, color recognition, sorting, stacking, pattern play, spatial reasoning and even imaginative. My little one makes “coffee” and we have to sip from the beads. Haha. This would be a great one for the Easter basket if you don’t already have it.
Thor loves his wheely bug. He has this cute little bee. The seat has a little padding and the wheels will roll any direction. It’s a great little toy. Any toddler would love this.
These Melissa and Doug animal magnets are made of wood just like all Melissa and Doug products. The back is a full magnet so it will lay flat and little fingers, or mouths, won’t be able to pry the magnet off.
This cute little bird balancing tower will be in Thor’s basket on Easter. He’s a huge fan of birds and this toy has the perk of teaching kids about balance as well.
I am not sure if this Zuko Slowpop Mini Mold will be in his basket this year, but it will definitely be joining our home this spring. This cute little mold makes nine 2/3 fluid ounce pops in a cute little rounded shape. Perfect for tiny hands, mouths, and tummies. Plus you can make them from whatever you want. Low or no sugar and all natural fruit and juices.
This Earlyears Roll n Swirl Ball Ramp is still a favorite toy at our house. It has rattle balls and Thor loves to play with them seperate and with the tower.
Disney Color Wonder coloring pad and Color Wonder mini markers
Thor’s newest favorite thing is coloring. Crayola Color Wonder is the perfect thing for a little guy who is new to coloring. These markers only color on the special color wonder paper. No marker mess to clean up from the table, walls, or baby man.
Another thing that Thor will find in his basket this year is sidewalk chalk. Combining two things he loves. Coloring and being outside.
I also ordered some of these Garden Critter Counters to put in some eggs. How fun will it be for him to find these cute little bugs in his basket? And we can use them for Tot School. Win-win!
Hopefully this list will get you going and get some ideas flowing for your own little one’s Easter Basket.

Very cute ideas. I really love the garden critters in the eggs! I’m doing one book and one toy.

These are some great ideas! I would love it if the Easter Bunny brought my little guy a wheely bug and the pop maker. It’s hard to believe it is time to start thinking Easter with all the snow on the ground.

Love these non-candy ideas. I need to start planning my kiddos’ baskets. Thanks for linking up to Show Me Saturday.
